How high should I hang it in a stairwell?
Position the lowest light so it sits comfortably within the void — many owners align the bottom near the first-floor landing sightline. The suspension adjusts up to 250cm and can be shortened on site to suit your ceiling.
Do I need a special dimmer switch?
No. Brightness and colour temperature are set with the included remote, so no LED wall dimmer is required — a standard on/off switch supplies power.
Can I install it myself?
No. All hardwired electrical work in Australia must be carried out by a licensed electrician under AS/NZS 3000. The fixture arrives pre-wired to make the job faster.
Will it suit my ceiling height?
It's designed for high-ceiling spaces — stairwells, foyers and voids from roughly 3m upward. With an adjustable drop up to 250cm you can tune the length to your space; it isn't intended for standard 2.4m ceilings.
