Low Profile Flush Mount Bladeless Ceiling Fan — 72W LED Dimmable 6-Speed
Bladeless fan light for low ceilings.
A flush-mount fan light with hidden blades for bedrooms, kids’ rooms and low-ceiling spaces.
The Low Profile Flush Mount Bladeless Ceiling Fan is an enclosed fan light designed for Australian bedrooms, children’s rooms and low-ceiling living areas. Its blades are hidden inside the housing, so it combines the safe, tidy look of a flush ceiling light with the airflow of a proper fan — a good fit where spinning blades would be a hazard or an eyesore. A reversible motor gives six speeds for cooling in summer and circulating warm air in winter, while a 72W dimmable LED, a remote control and a 1h/2h/4h timer handle light, airflow and shut-off. The compact 48 × 18cm body keeps it close to the ceiling, so there is more clear headroom beneath it than a standard blade fan allows.

🌀
Bladeless & Safe
The blades are enclosed inside the housing, so there are no exposed blades — a safer, tidier choice for low ceilings, bunk beds and kids’ rooms.

6 Fan Speeds
A reversible motor offers six speeds, cooling the room in summer and gently circulating warm air back down in winter.

Smart Timer
A 1h, 2h or 4h auto-off timer switches the fan off on its own, and a memory function keeps your last settings.

Low Profile
At just 48 × 18cm the flush body sits close to the ceiling, suiting rooms where a drop-down fan would feel too low.

Where it works
It suits bedrooms 🛏️, children’s rooms, studies and low-ceiling living areas where comfort and safety both matter. The shallow 18cm-deep body works well where ceilings sit under about 2.4m and a traditional blade fan would hang uncomfortably close to head height. Because the blades are enclosed, it is also a sensible choice above bunk beds or in playrooms. Set it to cool in summer and reverse it in winter to push warm air down from the ceiling. For room-by-room advice read our guide to the best fan light for an Australian bedroom, and to understand seasonal modes see reversible summer and winter fan modes. In a standard 3 × 3m to 4 × 4m bedroom it sits centred over the bed or the middle of the room, close enough to the ceiling to stay clear of a raised hand. Browse the fan lights collection for more.
Common questions
Is it safe without visible blades?
Yes. The bladeless design encloses the ABS blades inside the housing, so there are no exposed spinning blades. That makes it a sensible choice for low ceilings, bunk beds, playrooms and children’s rooms where safety is a priority.
Does it help in winter?
Yes. The motor is reversible, so in winter it draws air up and pushes trapped warm air back down from the ceiling. In summer you run it the other way to create a cooling breeze. Six speeds let you set it from a barely-there trickle to full airflow.
Can I dim the light?
Yes. The 72W LED is dimmable and controlled from the included remote, so you can set a bright, everyday light or dim it right down for a soft glow at night without a separate wall dimmer.
Is there a timer?
Yes. A 1h, 2h or 4h auto-off timer lets the fan switch itself off after you fall asleep, and a memory function means it remembers your preferred speed and light settings for next time.
Who should install it?
This is a hardwired fixture and must be installed by a licensed electrician in line with AS/NZS 3000. Because it combines a fan and a light, a professional install also ensures it is balanced and mounted securely. Please do not wire it yourself.
