Common questions
Do I need a special dimmer switch?
No. Dimming is handled by the included remote, so you do not need to fit an LED wall dimmer. A standard on/off switch works for power.
How high should I hang it?
Hang the bottom of the pendant about 70–80cm above a dining tabletop or kitchen benchtop. On higher 2.7m–3m ceilings you can lower it slightly for presence.
What length suits my table or island?
As a guide, choose a length roughly two-thirds of your table or bench. Confirm the exact size options at checkout.
Can I install it myself?
No. All hardwired electrical work in Australia must be carried out by a licensed electrician under AS/NZS 3000.
